Food options are nice. The location is excellent and fantastic, it's close to many downtown dining and entertainment options as well as Close to Chase Field.

The room was trendy and reasonably large, plus the bed was comfy. The luxurious bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and guest toiletries. The location of the hotel was magnificent - at a moderate distance from Phoenix Convention Center. The staff was willing to help with things I needed.

The room we were upgraded at no charge to was top-notch and high quality and included a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The service was good, the food was outstanding.

Caring staff, trendy room, in general I appreciated this gorgeous hotel. The restaurant was excellent for all meals, I tried tasty dishes. The bathroom was luxurious, it was nice to have a bath. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, for example, Arizona Science Center was at a medium distance from the property. Furthermore, the area was super nice.

It has both attentive and absolutely courteous staff. The location is comfy and ideal, within walking distance of Copper Square.

The hotel had a sleek and modern design that we absolutely loved. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, especially the bathroom. The valet service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the lightrail and right across from cityscape. As youngsters, we really enjoyed the convenience and style of the hotel.
